The law firm of Mazzone and Markwell, Lawyers, is located in downtown Everett, Washington. We are a small firm composed of three full time lawyers and two full time supporting staff.

We represent people accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes at the trial and appellate level, in both State and Federal Courts. We also defend people involved in administrative proceedings associated with criminal cases including Department of Licensing hearings and Seizure and Forfeiture hearings.

Our office also handles personal injury cases including major and minor injuries from auto accidents, construction worksite accidents and victims of crime.
